Project Examples

Our mission is to help create healthier, economically vibrant, and safer communities.  We have focused our efforts on serving historically underserved communities which often lack the resources and capacity to apply for federal and state funds and provide post-award grant management and project management services.

LRTP Public Engagement and Outreach Events

We coordinate the process of collecting tribal member input to better inform the development of a Tribal Long Range Transportation Plan.  We facilitate individual and group issue identification and recommendation workshops or events using interactive mapping engagement activities and idea walls.  We augment this with on-line and manual Community Transportation surveys, and promote the collection using social media and traditional methods to ensure all voices have an opportunity to be represented.

Tribal Long Range Transportation Plans

Tribe's Long Range Transportation Plans (LRTP) must be updated every five years.  The LRTP is a strategic planning tool that looks at the Tribe's transportation planning goals and objectives.  The LRTP also defines the Tribe's transportation project priorities for implementation.
